A Colorado Springs native, Tami is from a family of artists. She was in junior high when sho sold the first pieces of her art. She now understands how bad they actually were! Fortunately she continues to learn and grow in her art and hopes she always will.
Although she has used many mediums, she finds magic in glass. Tami believes our high altitude enhances the reflective qualities of different types and forms of glass. Even the most plain mundane of objects become beautiful when formed of glass.
Molton glass is rich and utterly sensuous and ultimately magnificent. It cools to great color, to tight tensions, and to transparency that is mysterious.
Robert Wilson (1912-2000)
