Terri’s style of painting is a mix of impressionism & realism. Her paintings are rich & bold in color with warm tones, texture, & light. Terri’s use of complimentary color schemes in her western landscapes & still life compositions are her trademark. Ultimately her heart lies in painting on location en plein air but she also enjoys painting large studio pieces.
Terri is a native of Colorado Springs where she was one of the first founding members at Cottonwood Art Academy now known as Cottonwood Center For The Arts where she had a studio for ten years while she studied figure drawing & oil painting.
